Howdy! I’m Kim, founder and primary guide for UHike Utah. I’ve spent my life in the wild places of Utah, exploring the hoodoos and canyons of its deserts, spelunking through its hidden caves, climbing its granite faces, and skiing and hiking in its backcountry. I’ve raised my children in Utah’s majestic landscapes, and I’m excited to bring my expertise to your experience of my home state.

I’ve climbed mountains all around the world, from Nepal to Norway, from Canada to Kyrgyzstan, from the Caucasus to Kilimanjaro, and I’ve had the opportunity to lead groups through some of the most dazzling terrain on the planet. After every adventure abroad, I’m always thrilled to return home to Utah, where some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever explored are just a short drive away.
